Synesthesia: ECHOFORM
Echoform is a digital, interactive extension of ‘Don’t Think of an Elephant’ that explores how sound can trigger involuntary visual responses. Contrary to the book, the project translates music into color, form, and motion from a personal perspective, allowing users to get a glimpse of my personal experience with synesthesia. Echoform focuses on interpretation and perception, inviting users to reflect on their own sensory associations. The project positions synesthesia not as something to be explained, but as something to be experienced, using interaction and motion to make sound feel tangible.
