Disconnect to Reconnect


This campaign explores the growing issue of digital distraction and how tech platforms are intentionally designed to capture and monetize our attention. Through a series of posters and motion graphics, I aimed to interrupt viewers’ habits and spark reflection on how their time is spent. Bold typography, vivid colors, and unsettling eye-tracking imagery were used to create a sense of urgency and visual tension. The posters were designed for wild posting in urban spaces, while the motion elements extended the campaign across digital platforms. The visual language was intentionally provocative—mirroring the overstimulation we experience daily and challenging viewers to reclaim their focus.
